Daan supports and supervises customer service for all 13 shops. He also makes an important contribution to optimising the shops by using input from customers and customer service. With his result-oriented approach, positive attitude and cheerful disposition, Daan ensures that customer satisfaction always comes first. His experience in the sports industry, where customer experience was also central, makes him ideally suited to further strengthen our customer-centric strategies.
