As a Manager supply chain at Online Plastics Group, you are responsible for optimising logistical processes in a dynamic e-commerce environment. Your role involves reducing transport damage, managing multi-carrier shipping strategies, and improving customer satisfaction through proactive communication. In this position, you will collaborate closely with various departments to implement efficient logistical solutions and ensure seamless delivery to customers worldwide.
The challenge in this role lies in continuously improving logistical processes within a fast-growing and complex e-commerce environment. You’ll need to proactively address and resolve issues related to transport damage and delivery problems, while simultaneously managing costs and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
