As a fast-growing e-commerce business in a niche market like plastic sheets, being scalable and efficient isn’t just a nice-to-have — it’s a must. That’s why we’re selective about the partners we work with. And some partnerships are worth shouting about.
Over two years ago, we began using Tracey by Sendcloud. With smart shipping data, we gained more control over delivery times, carrier performance, and how we communicate with customers. What started as a way to improve our shipping flow has become a vital part of our logistics setup.
When Lox became part of Sendcloud at the end of 2023, we soon decided to start using their support automation tool as well. It’s helped us answer loads of customer queries about deliveries — automatically, quickly, and in a way that still keeps customers happy. That’s a big win when your order volumes keep rising.
At the beginning of 2025, we took the next logical step: moving our label handling to Sendcloud too. That officially makes us the first customer to use all three tools — Tracey, Lox and Sendcloud — at once. A great milestone in a partnership that keeps growing.
We now work with 8 different carriers across multiple countries. Thanks to the integration with Sendcloud, we can add new carriers faster than ever. That flexibility is key — now and in the future.
We’ve already extended our partnership twice. Not because we had to, but because we can clearly see that it’s helping our logistics scale properly. Time and again, the reality has exceeded our expectations — and that’s only possible with tools and partners who are both forward-thinking and flexible.
A big thank you to Huib Adriaans and the Sendcloud team for the trust and smooth collaboration.
We’re excited for even more smart steps — and a future where technology and growth continue to go hand in hand.
