About the job

As Head of Content, you lead our editorial team and are responsible for developing and executing a distinctive, serialized content strategy. Together with the editorial team—including the Content Marketer, SEO Expert, Ads Manager, Social Media Manager, and Performance Specialist—you ensure that our brand stories are both compelling and conversion-driven.

You manage the team internally while also coordinating with external partners for content production and distribution when needed. You oversee the entire process—from strategy to execution and results. You safeguard brand consistency, develop and implement formats and campaigns, and ensure their continuous execution.

You know how to inspire people, maintain a clear overview, and drive impact on reach, conversion, and brand preference. You bring strategy, creativity, and optimization together. You set the tone, provide direction, and make sure everyone on the editorial team understands what works—and why.

  • Increase brand awareness with a 25% rise in brand name searches within 12 months.
  • Reach latent searchers by achieving a 30% increase in blog content traffic within 12 months.
  • Establish an editorial workflow that supports at least 100 high-quality content productions per month.
  • Achieve a social media engagement rate at least 5% higher than the industry benchmark, driven by high-quality and compelling content.
  • Develop brand partnerships that enhance brand awareness and expand our reach.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a content-driven role, such as Head of Content, Content Manager, or Editorial Lead.
  • Experience in setting up and leading an editorial or content team.
  • Strong in storytelling, brand building, and developing content formats.
  • Strategic insight and executional power: You think ahead and execute effectively.
  • Affinity with SEO, social media, and (branded) performance marketing.
  • Experience in collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Data-driven mindset: You work based on KPIs and insights.
  • Experience with setting up brand partnerships is a plus.
  • Curious about how AI and tools can make content smarter and more scalable.
