“Together, we aim for progress through innovation and making a tangible difference.”
Online Plastics Group is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce companies focused on the European market. Naturally, this comes with plenty of technical challenges! That’s why we’re looking for an enthusiastic Back-end Developer (32-40 hours per week) to join our team and help us grow even further.
Max is our go-to person for all your questions about working at our company. Feel free to contact him!
As a market leader, Online Plastics Group places a strong emphasis on technology. You’ll be developing a modern, service-oriented platform that drives our entire process—from creating content for over 10 different countries to managing our production here in the Netherlands. This ensures that our customers’ orders are delivered the very next day, in any shape or size they require. The various applications within our platform communicate via a Message Bus, RPC, or HTTP, while external applications connect to our platform through an API Gateway.
Our Tech Hub in Zwolle is expanding, bringing together diverse disciplines to create one of Europe’s leading e-commerce platforms. You’ll collaborate with experts in Data Science, CRO, UX, AI, and of course, other developers and product owners. Our front-end developers use Next.js and TypeScript to build our shops and calculators.
As a Back-End Developer, you’ll work on creating new functionalities for our customers by developing innovative APIs for our shop. You’ll also help reduce transport damage by designing clever algorithms and support your colleagues with new internal tools. You’ll keep a close eye on new developments within our tech stack and continuously integrate them into our platform.
You’ll be part of a truly multidisciplinary team, building high-quality solutions that support our ambitious growth goals across Europe.
