As a Junior Supply Chain Manager, Milan gradually contributes to optimizing our logistics processes. He focuses on improving damage and shortage processes, packaging optimization, pricing and conversion, and monitoring the performance of carriers.
In addition, Milan serves as the point of contact for logistics-related questions from our customer service team. This makes him an important link between operations, transport, and the overall customer experience. In his role, he gradually takes on more responsibilities, allowing him to further develop step by step within supply chain management at Online Plastics Group.
