With over 15 years of experience in software development and a background in electrical engineering, he brings both technical depth and practical insight to every project. He approaches challenges by first looking at the big picture, then diving into the details,  sometimes discovering that the trickiest bugs were his own in the first place. Bennie is always ready to help with questions, and he appreciates a good joke almost as much as a good solution. Driven by curiosity and a love of deep thinking, he even studied philosophy in Groningen to explore ideas others might shy away from. That same critical perspective helps him evaluate fundamental choices thoughtfully, while always remembering there is more than one path to success.
