Highlights from EMAS 2025

On June 26, it was time for EMAS 2025 at Circa Amsterdam: the event for email marketing and automation. And there was plenty to experience.

For example, KPN shared how they use AI to make their emails even more personal. They leverage their own AI model to tailor campaigns based on behavior, preferences, and timing.

One of the highlights? The Battle of the Agencies. Three agencies were given the challenge: come up with a smart email campaign for the KNVB, with one goal only—maximize conversions. Sven from MandAd, our email marketing partner, and his team took home the win. Why? Their campaign wasn’t just creative—it delivered real, hard-hitting results.

Our takeaway from the day? That AI and creativity go hand in hand. And that the best campaigns are not only smart but also human.

And us? We’re also fully focused on the next step in email marketing: we’re transitioning to Deployteq as our new email service provider. This marks a big move toward marketing automation—from personalized flows to smart segmentation. We’re excited to take our campaigns to the next level.
